If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Please note that, if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, and you authorize it in advance, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place.
Otherwise, the order will be returned to our workshop. In this case, an additional charge will be applied for a new shipment and the delivery will be rescheduled at a convenient time for both parties.
